Wellness your way...
Being In Yoga isn't just about what you do on the mat- it's about bringing awareness through your body into everything else.
It's a lens, not a practice. A way of being, not a method.
Yoga can have several meanings & interpretations to people. One of them, in a practical sense is to bring symmetry to the mind, body & breath so that each moment can help us be present and is an attempt to make an intentional choice.
A great starting point is on the mat - coordinating movement with breath and have a yoga practice that aligns with where we are in life, taking our context into account and maximize our chance of success.
Being In Yoga would like to enable this in every way - starting with your wellness plan!
Philosophy
I spent years watching people struggle to sustain wellness changes—not because they lacked discipline, but because nothing they tried spoke to each other.
Their trainer didn't know their stress patterns. Their nutritionist didn't understand their body's signals. Their therapist hadn't met their nervous system. And so on...
My own practice showed me integration was possible:
- yoga helped me understand why certain strength training worked while others depleted me
- how breath could support dance performance
- how awareness translated across everything.
But I realized most people don't have 6 years and 3000 hours to figure this out themselves!
Being in Yoga emerged from that recognition and gap:
What if we could create that integration intentionally, in 3 months, using yoga as the foundation.
Being In Yoga is about using Yoga as the foundation for integrated wellness and complementing it with Fitness, Dance, Metal Therapy, Nutrition etc.

1. Global Wellness Institute:
As society seeks more personalized and preventative health solutions, yoga therapy takes center stage as an essential modality for navigating stress, aging, and personal transformation. Together, these shifts point to a future where yoga is not just practiced—but strategically applied to support deeper healing and resilience at every stage of life.

Benefits
2. Johns Hopkins Medicine:
A yoga therapist can work with patients and put together individualized plans that work together with their medical and surgical therapies. That way, yoga can support the healing process and help the person experience symptoms with more centeredness and less distress. The U.S. military, the National Institutes of Health and other large organizations are listening to — and incorporating — scientific validation of yoga’s value in health care.

3. Harvard Health Publishing:
Studies using MRI scans and other brain imaging technology have shown that people who regularly did yoga had a thicker cerebral cortex (the area of the brain responsible for information processing) and hippocampus (the area of the brain involved in learning and memory) compared with nonpractitioners. These areas of the brain typically shrink as you age, but the older yoga practitioners showed less shrinkage than those who did no yoga. This suggests that yoga may counteract age-related declines in memory and other cognitive skills.

4. US Department of Health and Human Sciences (NIH):
Studies have suggested possible benefits of yoga for several aspects of wellness, including stress management, mental/emotional health, promoting healthy eating/activity habits, sleep, and balance.

"I was lost in darkness, unsure of how to lift myself up. I needed a guiding hand, a light to lead me out—and that’s when Aishwarya entered my life. Her therapy yoga practice has been transformative, bringing profound changes to my moods, energy levels, and physical pain. No matter how low I’ve felt, she has always been there to lift me, offering her unwavering support. Aishwarya is truly a blessing, and I deeply cherish and respect the unconditional time and care she so graciously gives. I wouldn’t have made it this far without her. Aishwarya’s unwavering support has been my anchor, and I continue to lean on her guided practice as I navigate this journey. Her presence is a true gift. Every day I see her feels like being embraced by sunshine. Her presence brings warmth, light, and hope and self-compassion to me."
